“Milka Putri Novianingrum is a lecturer and researcher in the field of Food Technology at Universitas Nasional Karangturi, Semarang, Indonesia. Her research focuses on innovative food processing technologies based on local resources from the fisheries, marine, and agricultural sectors, particularly for the development of functional and nutrient-dense food products to support stunting prevention. She is actively involved in research related to food processing innovation, sustainable food systems, local food utilization, and the development of high-protein food products based on fish, seaweed, and local agricultural commodities.”
