“Martina Widhi Hapsari is a lecturer and researcher in the field of Food Technology at Universitas Nasional Karangturi, Semarang, Indonesia. Her research focuses on functional food development, local food innovation, food processing technology, as well as sustainable food systems. She has been actively involved in research and community engagement programs related to nutrition improvement, food education, sustainable food product development, and the utilization of local food resources for value-added functional products.”
